The Community Barn

The Community Barn is the heart of the Garren Creek Foundation. a place where neighbors gather, share, learn, and support one another. The Community Barn has been transformed into a welcoming hub for connection and community resilience.

It is home to our Community Garden, Third Thursday Community Dinners and Barn Jams, youth programs, art and crafting workshops, and disaster preparedness trainings. On any given week, the barn might host a yoga class, a family-friendly movie night, or serve as a staging ground for relief efforts. If you see anyone in the garden, feel free to stop by and help weed or help yourself to fresh organic produce.

The barn isn’t just a building, it’s a symbol of how our community comes together in both everyday life and times of need. In an emergency, the barn can serve as a gathering and supply point, helping neighbors stay safe and supported.

Whether you’re here to share a meal, lend a hand, or learn something new, the Community Barn is a place where everyone belongs.
